Summary Responsible for receiving, processing and delivering merchandise to selling departments and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and store organization. Works in a fast paced environment and supports store operations including special events, markdowns and fixture relocations. Responsibilities • Receive and unload freight, unpack and deliver merchandise to selling departments • Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards • Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments • Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes • Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms • Support store events and assist with markdowns and relocating fixtures • Handle bulky items and perform regular lifting and carrying tasks Requirements • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable using technology and new computer applications • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs • Physical ability to continuously move 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
