Shift Supervisor – cabi Outlet

Pay: $18.00/hour

What You’ll Do

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be a trusted member of the leadership team — helping drive store success while delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.

Create an Exceptional Customer Experience

Deliver personalized styling and customer service that makes every guest feel valuedBuild lasting customer relationships through outreach and clienteling programsSupport sales goals, KPIs, and daily store performanceProvide support with phone orders and customer inquiriesLead by example on the sales floor with energy, professionalism, and positivity

Support & Lead the Team

Help create a fun, collaborative, and high-performing work environmentServe as Manager on Duty when assignedSupport Sales Associates through coaching, communication, and teamworkAssist with daily operations and ensure company standards are upheld

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

Assist with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing displaysSupport inventory, shipment processing, and store organizationHandle cash management and bank deposits with accuracy and integrityHelp maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous retail experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, Retail Associate, or similar role preferredStrong communication and people skillsPassion for fashion, styling, and customer engagementLeadership mindset with the ability to motivate and support a teamOrganized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systemsFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred1+ year of retail experience preferred
