Job OverviewAs a Macy's Women's Clothing Selling Support colleague, you will help customers express their personal style and turn fashion into a source of inspiration. With a passion for hospitality, an eye for trends, and strong product knowledge, you will create meaningful connections through genuine, engaging conversations. In addition to delivering exceptional service, you will help maintain merchandise standards, support fitting room and sales floor upkeep, and assist with fulfillment to ensure a polished, shop‑ready environment.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly, make eye contact and create friendly, personal conversations to build relationships.Review sales goals, new arrivals and top‑selling items daily, staying informed on current trends and promotions.Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including the floor, fitting rooms, signs and pricing.Share Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have all they need before closing.Complete a sincere thank‑you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name.Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to improve customer service.Meet daily sales goal challenges and acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.Schedule and HoursFull‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements.
