Before getting started, they review their sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions.On the floor, they focus on the customer - offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to create customer relationships to bring the customers back.Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.They always Finish Strong - sharing our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you, often walking the package around and using the customer's name.We believe service starts with each other - supporting one another with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve our customers and communities.And we know that excellence is a journey - we strive to improve every day, take pride in our work, achieve sales goals and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week.
