In addition to delivering exceptional\nservice, you’ll help maintain merchandise standards, support fitting room and\nsales floor upkeep, and assist with fulfillment to ensure a polished, shop-ready\nenvironment.\n\nThis role goes far beyond just being a cashier. They\n wear their name badge with pride, greet teammates with a warm hello, and help\n ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.\n Before getting started, they review their sales goals, learn about new\n arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and\n promotions - so they’re fully informed and ready to engage, educate, and sell\n with confidence.\n On the floor, they focus on the customer - offering a warm welcome, making\n eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to create customer\n relationships to bring the customers back.\n Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor\n and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed\n merchandise moves.\n They always Finish Strong - sharing our Loyalty program benefits, making sure\n customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you, often\n walking the package around and using the customer’s name. \n We believe service starts with each other - supporting one another with\n honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve our customers and\n communities.\n And we know that excellence is a journey - we strive to improve every day,\n take pride in our work, achieve sales goals and learn from each other to\n deliver individual and store results.\n\nFull-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week,\nwhile part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week.
