Summary Seeking a passionate sales professional with interest in men's fashion who cultivates customer relationships both digitally and in-store, meets sales goals, and supports department operations. The role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional work in other departments to meet business needs. Responsibilities • Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following • Provide excellent customer service with honest feedback on style and fit • Open new customer reward program accounts to grow relationships • Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns • Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready • Work flexible hours and vary schedule based on business needs • Occasionally perform duties in departments other than the hired department Requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in networking and technology for sales • Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks • Organized with strong follow through and ability to work a flexible schedule • Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift including bending and reaching • Able to use hands for grasping and fine manipulation and to handle bulky items • Regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
