As a Retail Sales Associate in our Women's Apparel department, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful connections with our customers and help them find the perfect pieces to express their personal style. We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Build relationships with customers by engaging in genuine conversation and understanding their needs and preferences. Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise in the Women's Apparel department, providing recommendations and styling advice. Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, brand offerings, and merchandise availability in order to effectively assist customers.
