What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales & Styling Associate, you'll help bring the Sotavent experience to life every day.

You'll:

Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and hospitality.
Build authentic relationships with customers.
Help customers discover clothing, jewelry, gifts, and home pieces they'll truly love.
Style outfits and offer thoughtful recommendations.
Share the stories behind our carefully curated collections.
Create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back.
Meet sales goals while always putting people first.
Help maintain a beautiful, inspiring store environment.
