High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift including bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including lifting items above the head
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
For stock and fulfillment roles, ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
