Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of management experience within a department, specialty, or retail store with availability to work days, nights, and weekends. As a Lead, you will engage all customers with enthusiasm and establish a connection while sharing the story of the unique 5-6 brands within the Pop-Up. The ideal candidate is inspired to motivate others and drive sales while engaging talent to share the message of each of the Brands. Sales Incentives will be offered to all Selling Specialists and Leads. • Communication: Leads will be expressive and articulate when sharing the back story and message of the various brands within the store.
