Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in The Villages, FL. In this position, the specialist greets customers, identifies their needs, and provides personalized product recommendations to create a positive shopping experience. Daily responsibilities include assisting with fittings, maintaining product displays and store cleanliness, processing transactions, handling returns or exchanges, and ensuring merchandise is well stocked. The role also involves learning and communicating detailed product features and benefits, supporting store promotions, and building ongoing customer relationships. The Retail Sales Specialist collaborates with the store team to meet sales goals, uphold visual standards, and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
