In this position, the specialist greets customers, identifies their needs, and provides personalized product recommendations to create a positive shopping experience. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport, support diverse customers, and create an inclusive, welcoming environment.Candidates should possess Retail Sales experience and solid Product Knowledge to drive sales, explain features and benefits, and match items to customer needs.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to engage customers, coordinate with team members, and handle questions or concerns effectively.Candidates should possess reliability, attention to detail, and basic math and POS skills to manage transactions, handle inventory, and maintain accurate records.Previous experience in fashion or specialty retail, ability to stand for extended periods, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays are beneficial.
