Role Description This is a part-time on-site Retail Sales Specialist role located in Baton Rouge, LA at Lilly & Jace Kids Boutique. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product knowledge, facilitating sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization. Qualifications • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills • Retail Sales and Product Knowledge • Experience in a retail or customer service environment • Ability to work effectively in a team • Strong attention to detail • High school diploma • Available to work Thursday and Friday from 1:30pm-5:00 pm and every other Saturday from 10am-4:30pm
