Barbara & Company is seeking a style-savvy sales professional who loves fashion and enjoys working one-on-one with clients.

Located on Old South Gaylord Street in the Washington Park neighborhood of Denver, we are a women’s boutique known for thoughtfully curated collections and a personalized shopping experience.

In this role, you will assist customers with styling, drive sales, stay current on new arrivals, and help maintain a welcoming and organized store environment.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a strong sense of style, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Compensation includes base salary plus competitive commission. Flexible schedule required, including weekends and peak seasons.
