Job Overview: VICIs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Professional - Fashion Industry to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers. Main Responsibilities: • Sell fashion merchandise, including women's apparel, accessories, and footwear • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, providing tailored styling options and tips • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring high visual standards and efficient product replenishment • Process shipments efficiently, unboxing, steaming, folding, and merchandising products on the sales floor • Greet and assist customers, answering questions and providing exceptional customer service • Capture customer contact information and process online orders for out-of-stock products Key Qualifications: • Previous experience as a retail stylist or similar role in the fashion industry preferred • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well with customers and colleagues • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to change and prioritizing tasks • Passion for fashion and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences Compensation and Benefits: $52,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off
