As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. • Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise • Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies • Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time • Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service • Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds) • Guide customers through shopping or checkout • Complete other duties as assigned This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.
