Description
Underground Clothing is looking for a motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail team, drive sales, and ensure a smooth store operation.
This role combines leadership, sales, and operational responsibilities, and is key to creating a great customer experience while growing our brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Open and close the store according to schedule and company procedures
* Lead, motivate, and manage the retail sales team
* Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage
* Drive sales by coaching the team and engaging with customers
* Monitor daily store operations and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
* Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service
* Track sales performance, report to management, and adjust strategies to meet goals
* Support product launches, promotions, and in-store events
Requirements
* 2+ years of retail or sales management experience
* Must be able to work weekdays and Saturdays
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passion for fashion and streetwear culture
