Responsibilities Manage daily Retail Operations of 1 - 3 retail locations and ensure sales goals are met Deliver an outstanding customer experience. Oversee retail sales team, assign work shifts assuring store is fully staffed on a daily basis Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of the brand. Create Opening and closing procedures as needed Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals Maintain an active floor presence Manage the staff schedule for all days of the week Assist with organization and upkeep of both the front and back of house Requirements
