Underground Clothing is looking for a motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail team, drive sales, and ensure a smooth store operation. This role combines leadership, sales, and operational responsibilities, and is key to creating a great customer experience while growing our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Open and close the store according to schedule and company proceduresLead, motivate, and manage the retail sales teamCreate and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverageDrive sales by coaching the team and engaging with customersMonitor daily store operations and maintain high standards of visual merchandisingBuild strong customer relationships and ensure excellent serviceTrack sales performance, report to management, and adjust strategies to meet goalsSupport product launches, promotions, and in-store events
Requirements
2+ years of retail or sales management experienceMust be able to work weekdays and SaturdaysStrong leadership and communication skillsPassion for fashion and streetwear culture
