Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Retail Sales Manager based in Middleton, WI. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate a sales team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, implementing in-store promotions, managing inventory, and maintaining store appearance. The role also involves training team members, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring operational efficiency to drive overall store success.

Qualifications
• Strong Retail Sales and Sales expertise, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and address customer needs effectively
• Ability to deliver an outstanding Customer Experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and mentor a sales team
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Prior experience in a similar role in retail management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
