Job Responsibilities: • Greet and create a welcoming environment for every person that walks in the door • Start fitting rooms to help with the shopping experience • Assist in creating a complete look for customers for a memorable experience • Start building a clientele base to come back and shop with us • Ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, and follow up on all store activities • Ring up sales and create long lasting impressions on the customer • Hold self and associates accountable for achievement of financial results and metric goals • Operate with the highest levels of personal integrity and business confidentiality Reporting to the Store Manager, you will utilize your core skills in inventory management, customer service, and team supervision to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Your premium skills in negotiation and employee orientation will enhance team performance and foster a positive work environment. Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Work Location: In person
