Uptown Fashion N Design is looking for a reliable, outgoing, and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are a growing fashion store specializing in men’s, women’s, and kids’ clothing.
The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, comfortable working with customers, and has an interest in fashion and sales.
Responsibilities include:
Greet and assist customers with purchasesProvide excellent customer serviceOperate the register and process paymentsKeep clothing organized, folded, and properly displayedRestock merchandise and maintain store appearanceAssist with inventory as neededHelp customers with sizing, styles, and product selectionsMaintain a clean and welcoming sales floorAssist with opening/closing duties as assignedWork well independently and as part of a teamQualifications
Must be 18 years or olderReliable and punctualStrong customer service and communication skillsProfessional appearance and attitudeComfortable handling cash and card transactionsAble to stand for extended periodsRetail or clothing-store experience is preferred but not requiredMust be available to work the 11 AM–7 PM shiftWeekend availability preferredCompensation
