POP MART, founded in 2010 (SEHK: 9992), is a market-leading entertainment company and a global champion of designer toy culture. This person will be responsible for store opening and closing operations, ensuring that all store operations in the store are occurring as expected, and providing a great experience in store. This person needs to have a strong attention to detail and should be an expert in store processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating barriers to the Store Manager. What You Will Achieve • Supervise the sales floor of Pop Mart employees setting expectations, goals, and motivating team • Act as the leader on duty in the store when SM/ASM are not present, focused on delivering results while enabling a positive customer and employee experience • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers, employees, and store products • Leads store to meet store standards that reflects company brand image, values, and culture • Subject matter expert on POP MART core business information including POP MART's characters information, products, company history information • Support company on marketing events such as in store events, Pop-up events, conventions, new store openings • Support company RoboShop business as needed and follow up with in store RoboShop employee and RoboShop business partners as needed • Improve sales performance of stores and meet sales key performance indicators such as store conversion, units per transaction, dollars per transaction, store sales trends • Drive sales of company key products such as Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays • POP MART is committed to equal pay initiatives and will not ask candidates for their current or past salary.
