Retail Sales Lead - Fashion Place

Job OverviewWe are in search of a part-time Sales Lead ready to contribute to our continuous expansion across the United States. This person will be responsible for store opening and closing operations, ensuring that all store operations in the store are occurring as expected, and providing a great experience in store. This person needs to have a strong attention to detail and should be an expert in store processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating barriers to the Store Manager. The position reports to & receives functional guidance from the Store Manager.What You Will AchieveSupervise the sales floor of Pop Mart employees setting expectations, goals, and motivating teamAct as the leader on duty in the store when SM/ASM are not present, focused on delivering results while enabling a positive customer and employee experienceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers, employees, and store productsLead store to meet store standards that reflects company brand image, values, and cultureSubject matter expert on POP MART core business information including POP MART's characters information, products, company history informationSupport company on marketing events such as in store events, Pop-up events, conventions, new store openingsSupport company Robo Shop business as needed and follow up with in store Robo Shop employee and Robo Shop business partners as neededImprove sales performance of stores and meet sales key performance indicators such as store conversion, units per transaction, dollars per transaction, store sales trendsDrive sales of company key products such as Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessoriesMust be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidaysVisual Merchandising & Inventory Management (1 or the other depending on store volume)Execute Visual Merchandising and Marketing directives from business partners while attending weekly callsInstallation of Marketing decals, props, set up new merchandising planograms, and set up marketing fixturesRemerchandise the sales floor based on product sell-through or slow moving product, making strategic decisions that align with business needsWorks closely with Inventory ASM to determine BOH and warehouse inventory levelsRequired to work specific days of the week depending on Visual/Inventory Management responsibilitiesResponsible for back of house organization, inventory management, receiving/transferring of goods, and weekly/quarterly inventory auditing.QualificationsRetail industry knowledge, skills, and abilitiesConfident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experienceMore than 1 year of store retail experience, supervisor or leader experience preferredHigh level of ethics, values, integrity, and trustExperience working independently in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and implement effective solutionsAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and implement new standardization directivesHigh School DiplomaMust be 18 years old or olderYou are flexible while working in a dynamic environment and can effectively prioritize multiple tasks. Most importantly, you enjoy learning new things, love to assist our customers, and contribute to a strong team culture in the store.
