Store Associates must demonstrate behaviors that align with our company values, including being a brand ambassador responsible for the end-to-end experience from online to store. They must comply with all policies and procedures, report to the Store Manager and/or Customer Experience Leader, and partner with colleagues to resolve customer situations.
