THE OPPORTUNITY

Sales Associate/Keyholder/Shift Lead to be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and completing various tasks on a daily basis for the store to run smoothly. To be an impactful member of a high performing team in a successful growing company. This is a part time position at 15-30 hrs/week.

THE ROLE
• Greet and provide excellent customer service while upholding NRFB shopping experience standards
• Build customer relationships through top notch service, styling guidance, and NRFB brand promotion
• Keep a sense-of-urgency pace while executing daily operational tasks such as go-backs, pricing, replenishing, and organizing with accuracy and attention to detail
• Stay informed and up-to-date on NRFB product knowledge as well as fashion trends in the market
• Represent the brand appropriately through communication, personal style, and work ethic
• Responsible for opening and/or closing the store
• Accountable for POS cash count and deposit drop
• Delegate to team members, as needed, to ensure day-to-day tasks are completed on time
• Micro-merchandise throughout the store to support and maintain the visual story created by Visual Manager
