Your accountability lies in aiding the growth of profitable sales by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp activities, with a focus on enhancing Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp operations, and overall operational effectiveness. Customer Service & Sales: Greets and assists customers in finding products, delivering outstanding customer service; demonstrates customer service behaviors consistently; actively listens to customer issues in a calm and agreeable manner to resolve problems; actively promotes company products and services; partners with team members effectively.Managing Enterprise Fulfillment entails overseeing the systems application, picking merchandise orders, and ensuring their completion acknowledgment within the system. All associates are eligible for an associate discount on JCPenney merchandise. For paid holidays, associates who are eligible for paid vacation (MTO) are also eligible for eight paid holidays during the calendar year. JCPenney serves as a primary shopping destination for a wide demographic of American families who are part of the workforce.
