Retail Sales Associate/Wedding Attire Consultant for Men's Store

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate/Wedding Attire Consultant to join our team. Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wedding attire and accessories
Provide personalized styling advice based on customer preferences and body types
Manage POS transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and appealing
Stock shelves, manage inventory levels, and assist with product ordering when necessary
Ensure excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments
Support team members with cashiering duties and basic retail math calculations during transactions

Requirements

Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math
Bilingual (Spanish) abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and product presentation techniques
Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
Supervising experience is a plus for leadership roles within the team
Ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining excellent customer relationships
Familiarity with retail sales processes, cashiering, and inventory management
Passion for fashion or wedding industry knowledge is advantageous but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
