Retail Sales Associate/Stylist

As a retailer of timeless classics we are dedicated to providing superior service and a distinctive shopping experience. In addition to our headquarters located in Orcutt Ca, we operate 2 sister locations in Los Olivos and Pismo Beach and are currently preparing to open our 4th location in down town Paso Robles. We are currently looking for part time sales associates/stylists to join our growing team. What you'll do: • Establish and maintain customer relationships; meet customers’ needs, execute point of sale transactions • Drive results; achieve daily goals, adapt performing assignments, support management direction • Execute brand tasks; execute store visuals, maintain store standards, process shipped merchandise • Have fun creating memorable shopping experiences for all of our customers • Grow your career and help to drive Wildflower success with your passion What you'll need: • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team, and supervisor • Retail/specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred • Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis • Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
