Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service

Runway Fashion Exchange is a trendy teen styles, upscale clothing store selling name brand, new and gently used clothing at huge discounts. We are looking to hire fun loving, friendly people who love fashion and interacting with people.

Pay starting $8-$15, depends on relevant retail experience. Opportunities for pay increase with training also available.

Hours need to fill:

--1 part time position: Open availability with retail experience, up to 25 hours per week (3-5 shifts), plan on some nights, weekends & holidays (when our store is busier).

--1 very part time position: up to 15 hours per week (1-3 shifts), available nights (4-8pm), weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
• Trained on general store operations including buying, selling, tagging, hanging, store organization and customer service.
• Assist customers shopping in the store, helping customers find items they love
• Follows company policies and procedures.
• Works with team members to accomplish daily and closing checklists.
• Follows direction from Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Leader on store organization, inventory, and cleanliness.

Pre-requisites or requirements:

No experience required but clothing retail, customer service or cash handling experience preferred.
