General Work Expectations: • Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections • Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter • Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our modern store technology (ie: POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services • Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer • Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up All associates are expected to follow these principles in all relationships with other associates, applicants, or others with whom we do business.
