As a Luxury Retail Sales Stylist Keyholder, you will be responsible for contributing to the daily operations of our boutique and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have strong selling skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Duties: -Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals -Drive KPIS through head-to-toe styling with the entire collection -Exceed all sales goals by maximizing walk in client sales -Engage and connect with clients on a personal level to develop relationship after the sale -Build a clientele book to drive sales over the phone and by sending out consignment boxes -Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
