The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a welcoming, helpful, and customer-focused shopping experience through strong service, daily store support, and positive customer interactions. The Retail Sales Associate demonstrates passion for customer service, teamwork, and creating a positive shopping experience. Greet and engage customers throughout the day to create a welcoming and approachable shopping environment.Assist customers with product recommendations, sizing, and general questions to help improve their overall shopping experience.Maintain a positive and energetic attitude on the sales floor to support a customer-first culture.Help ensure customers can easily find product, navigate the store, and receive timely assistance when needed.Support store leadership in maintaining strong service standards during all business hours. Build basic product knowledge to better assist customers and support selling opportunities.Operate the register accurately and efficiently to support smooth customer transactions.Support merchandising projects, floor moves, and seasonal updates as directed by leadership.Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming product to improve overall store efficiency.Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain strong communication and daily execution.
