Position Summary We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right clothing and accessories for some of life’s biggest moments. This is a great fit for someone interested in retail, styling, customer service, or special event apparel. You do not need to be a fashion expert, but you do need to enjoy working with people, pay attention to detail, and be willing to learn. We can train the right person. Schedule Part-time or full-time available. Saturday availability required. Responsibilities - Welcome customers and create a positive, low-pressure shopping experience - Help customers select suits, tuxedos, shirts, shoes, and accessories for weddings, proms, missions, interviews, and other occasions - Provide basic guidance on fit, style, and budget - Take simple measurements and assist with fittings - Answer customer questions in-store, over the phone, and online - Help process orders and keep communication clear and professional - Restock, tag, and organize merchandise - Maintain a clean, well-presented sales floor - Assist with displays, merchandising, and occasional store promotions - Support the team in reaching sales goals and delivering great customer service - Help with light cleaning and simple administrative tasks as needed Qualifications - Retail or customer service experience preferred - Comfortable starting conversations and building rapport with customers - Friendly, professional communication skills in person, by phone, and by email - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn - Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented - Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs - Available to work evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays - Knowledge of LDS missionary dress standards or menswear is a plus, but not required What We Offer - Competitive hourly pay - Employee discounts on merchandise - Supportive, family-oriented work environment - On-the-job training in suits, formalwear, and missionary outfitting - Opportunities to grow your skills and responsibilities over time How to Apply Please submit your resume and a short note telling us about your experience and why you’d be a good fit for Holmes Clothing / The Missionary Store.
