Position Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right clothing and accessories for some of life’s biggest moments. This is a great fit for someone interested in retail, styling, customer service, or special event apparel. You do not need to be a fashion expert, but you do need to enjoy working with people, pay attention to detail, and be willing to learn. We can train the right person.
Schedule
Part-time or full-time available. Saturday availability required.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers and create a positive, low-pressure shopping experienceHelp customers select suits, tuxedos, shirts, shoes, and accessories for weddings, proms, missions, interviews, and other occasionsProvide basic guidance on fit, style, and budgetTake simple measurements and assist with fittingsAnswer customer questions in-store, over the phone, and onlineHelp process orders and keep communication clear and professionalRestock, tag, and organize merchandiseMaintain a clean, well-presented sales floorAssist with displays, merchandising, and occasional store promotionsSupport the team in reaching sales goals and delivering great customer serviceHelp with light cleaning and simple administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Retail or customer service experience preferredComfortable starting conversations and building rapport with customersFriendly, professional communication skills in person, by phone, and by emailStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnReliable, punctual, and team-orientedAble to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbsAvailable to work evenings, Saturdays, and some holidaysKnowledge of LDS missionary dress standards or menswear is a plus, but not required
