Holmes Clothing is a locally owned menswear store specializing in suits, dresswear, and accessories for weddings, proms, job interviews, LDS missions, and other important occasions. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right clothing and accessories for some of life’s biggest moments. Welcome customers and create a positive, low-pressure shopping experience Help customers select suits, tuxedos, shirts, shoes, and accessories for weddings, proms, missions, interviews, and other occasions Provide basic guidance on fit, style, and budget Take simple measurements and assist with fittings Answer customer questions in-store, over the phone, and online Help process orders and keep communication clear and professional Restock, tag, and organize merchandise Maintain a clean, well-presented sales floor Assist with displays, merchandising, and occasional store promotions Support the team in reaching sales goals and delivering great customer service Help with light cleaning and simple administrative tasks as needed Retail or customer service experience preferred Comfortable starting conversations and building rapport with customers Friendly, professional communication skills in person, by phone, and by email Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Available to work evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays Knowledge of LDS missionary dress standards or menswear is a plus, but not required Competitive hourly pay Employee discounts on merchandise Supportive, family-oriented work environment On-the-job training in suits, formalwear, and missionary outfitting Opportunities to grow your skills and responsibilities over time
