Retail Sales Associate – Clothing Store

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our clothing store team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with their shopping needs, and contribute to a welcoming store environment. This role requires strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail setting. Experience • Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in clothing or grocery stores • Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math calculations • Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly desirable • Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus but not required • Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product demos will be beneficial • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards • Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management are necessary Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
