Chic Resort Boutique (Women’s Fashion)
Join a stylish, high-energy boutique located in a resort setting. We are looking for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with people, and knows how to sell, not just stand behind a register.
This role is customer-facing and sales-focused. You will be the person who draws customers in, helps them feel confident, and turns interest into purchases.
What You’ll Do
Greet customers with confidence and create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphereEngage with walk-by traffic and turn conversations into salesAssist customers in selecting clothing, accessories, and styling complete looksShare product knowledge and highlight unique features of our itemsOperate POS system, handle cash and card transactions accuratelyUpsell and recommend additional items to increase salesKeep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all timesRestock merchandise and assist with inventory as neededWhat We’re Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality, comfortable talking to strangersStrong sales mindset, you enjoy selling and helping customers decideInterest in fashion, styling, and boutique retailReliable, responsible, and professionalAbility to work in a fast-paced, tourist-driven environmentBasic math skills for handling transactionsRetail or sales experience is a plus, but not requiredBonus If You Have
Experience working in a boutique or resort settingBilingual skills (helpful with international customers)Strong sense of style and ability to suggest outfitsSchedule
