Come work with us in a beautiful and inspiring gallery space handling the most unique and diverse product range of handcrafted semi-precious gemstone jewelry that we have been creating for over 15 years, while providing our clientele, whom you will enjoy interacting with on a daily basis, the greatest jewelry shopping experience they have ever had. If this sounds like your kind of team and workspace please send us an email introducing yourself with an attached resume To be considered for this position, the suitable candidate must: +2 years retail sales experience \\- A strong work ethic and a can do attitude \\- High level of accountability and initiative \\- An understanding of what customer service is and the ability to deliver it consistently \\- Is determined and prizes themselves on learning and understanding a company and their products (we are a heavily product knowledge based company!) \\- Captures the essence of our brand and represent us in various streams of Fashion and Public Outlets \\- Understands and has experience with developing a brand within the different fashion streams (i.e. magazines,television,social media, lookbook, bloggers) \\- Wants the opportunity to develop into a very crucial role in a fast-growing small business \\- A proven ability and continued desire to build and maintain client relationships \\- Strong written and verbal communication skills \\- A willingness to continuous learning \\- An openness to constructive feedback \\- Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred) \\- An interest in gemstones, jewelry, and/or fashion \\- Some knowledge in Photography, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Social Media a plus but not required Responsibilities \\- Retail sales this includes meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals \\- Building and maintaining great client relationships \\- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes \\- Maintaining appearances of the gallery (cleaning, polishing etc.) to provide each client with a clean and organized shopping environment \\- Assist with visual merchandising, Inventory control, restocking and other gallery operational tasks as needed Benefits \\- A bonus for meeting sales goals in addition to your base pay and commission \\- Very high growth potential for the individual that demonstrates they are the right candidate \\- As a small company your voice counts and we consider your ideas as you are considered an important member of our team.
