RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate: Greet and welcome customers to the store Exhibit exemplary customer service skills Manage a high volume of samples Opening and Closing the store, including handling cash and drawer counts Occasionally act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and give direction to sales associates and deal with customer issues Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor that adheres to company standards Qualifications of the Retail Sales Associate: 0-1 year related work and/or retail experience is a plus Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume environment Customer service experience is preferred Ability to lift packages up to 25 lbs. Consistent timeliness and regular attendance Vision Requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED Associate's/Bachelor's Degree is a plus Benefits: Atrium Care Package available upon eligibility
