Full Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Associate with experience in retail, fashion and customer service (streetwear) to join our team at Florida Mall. The ideal candidate understands fashion culture, provides excellent customer service, and has a strong sales-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales
• Assist customers with styling and product selection
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Operate POS system (Shopify/Clover preferred)
• Support inventory, restocking, and daily operations
Requirements
• Previous retail experience (streetwear/fashion preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for streetwear and fashion trends
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation
