We are Ms. Fabulous, a women’s clothing boutique in Carmel-by-the-Sea looking to expand our team. If you are looking for a part-time sales position of roughly 2 days/week and have a bubbly personality, passion for people, fashion and are social media savvy, we’d like to meet you! Responsibilities: -Delivers a high-level of customer service to every guest -Proactively engages in a culture that focuses on building a loyal guest following through clear and positive communication -Provides excellent customer service on the selling floor, in the fitting room and at the cash wrap -Is able to balance our guest experience with necessary operational tasks -Helps to maintain a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to our guests. -Assists in stocking/re-stocking efforts as assigned including folding, hanging, steaming, displaying and merchandising. -Proactively learns about all our products, sizing variables, fit, and more -Demonstrates a passion for fashion by understanding trends -Understands and follows all company policies and procedures with the highest level of professionalism -Performs boutique opening and closing procedures -Works effectively to ensure the selling floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom are clean and well maintained daily -Communicates clearly with management regarding issues as they arise -Must be able to work alone or as a team member Qualifications: -Minimum 2 years experience in a fashion or specialty retail store -Social media / brand ambassador experience a plus -Must be 18 years or older -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Excellent organization skills; able to execute tasks efficiently -Proactive and creative problem solving ability -Flexible and highly dependable -Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities -Proficient computer skills Send us your resume or drop one off at our store.
