Responsibilities:
Drive personal and team sales in a sales-based environment
Lead, coach, and motivate sales associates
Build strong client relationships and repeat business
Execute merchandising and maintain sales floor standards
Monitor performance and achieve sales goals
Requirements:
Retail sales management experience (apparel preferred)
Strong selling skills and clienteling experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays)
