Role Description The Retail Sales Associate role at Charmed Avenue is a part-time, on-site position based in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will greet and assist customers, provide product recommendations, and ensure each guest has a friendly, attentive shopping experience. You will handle sales transactions accurately, restock and organize merchandise, and maintain clean, visually appealing displays. Daily responsibilities include learning product features and benefits, answering questions, and supporting customers in making confident purchasing decisions. You will also help with inventory tasks, follow store policies and procedures, and collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with diverse shoppers in a professional, welcoming manner.Proven or transferable Retail Sales and Sales skills to support store revenue goals and confidently guide customers through the buying process.Ability to develop and maintain solid Product Knowledge to explain features, benefits, and options clearly and accurately.Basic math and cash-handling skills, with comfort using point-of-sale systems and following transaction procedures.Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and maintain store presentation standards throughout a shift.Previous retail, boutique, or customer service experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn and a positive, team-oriented mindset are essential.
