Retail, Resale Sales Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. To help promote all aspects of the business: buying, selling, pricing, and merchandising. Monitor and assist in the completion of daily store opening and closing procedures. financial reconciliation, information reporting, and daily store maintenance/housekeeping duties • Price and ticket items appropriately based on pricing/buying guidelines. Maintain store displays and follow store housekeeping and maintenance standards and procedures • Greet and engage customers as they enter the store, identify their needs and provide recommendations • Maintain knowledge of current trends and fashion styles to provide personalized advice and guidance to customers • Process sales transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including merchandising, restocking and keeping the store tidy • Contribute to achieving store sales targets through excellent customer service and building positive relationships with customers • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling, inventory management and loss prevention practices
