Retail Receiving Support Associate

Macy's is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Retail Receiving Support Associate to join our team! The Retail Receiving Support Associate will be responsible for ensuring that all products are accurately received and stocked in the store. Responsibilities of a Retail Receiving Support Associate: • Accurately receive and stock products in the store • Follow all store safety protocols • Maintain customer service standards • Follow company policies and procedures • Assist with inventory management • Monitor stock levels and restock as needed • Assist with unloading and organizing product shipments • Process returns and exchanges • Train new associates on receiving and stocking procedures • Keep store clean and organized • Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced • Assist customers with their inquiries and orders • Other duties as assigned
