As the Retail Planning Temporary Associate you will be responsible for supporting the retail planning team with reporting of the Armani brands as well as analyzing key performance trends, distribution, competition, and account planning to build the platform for the company’s strategic planning process. Description of Responsibilities: Support the development, analysis, and reporting of retail performance for the Armani brands (fiscal sales and sell-through, gross margin and profitability tracking, and best and slowest sellers and action plans) Facilitate pre-market planning Perform statistical analysis using historical data and current trends to recommend strategies to achieve goals and objectives Support the Basic Replenishment program through demand forecasting, inventory control, retail performance, and program changes Research competitive comparisons and benchmarks to gain market-share Stimulate proactive and forward-thinking analysis, while coaching and developing the department team’s competencies Background/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint) Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team with high level of dedication
