Utilize forecasts to optimize purchasing frequency and inventory turn Coordinate inventory transfers and label adjustments to maximize fill rates and reduce liability Engage with buying/planning team in meetings with wholesale accounts to enhance forecasts, identify replenishment opportunities, and strategize business growth Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field Proven experience as a retail planner with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role Strong proficiency in retail math, forecasting, and inventory management In-depth knowledge and experience working directly with Amazon Vendor Central Portal Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret inventory forecasting reports Experience in creating replenishment forecasts and managing inventory for multiple brands and product categories Proficient in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions Familiarity with retail planning software and systems Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including buying, planning, and production teams Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large datasets In return, we provide an industry-competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) that includes a matching 401 (k), Summer Fridays, generous PTO, merchandise discounts, excellent career development opportunities, and a work environment that reflects our industry leadership.
