About Armoire: Armoire is a clothing rental membership that helps ambitious women love what they’re wearing. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of our business, including personal styling, retail operations and customer experience. Your day to day responsibilities include: • Serve as a proud brand ambassador of Armoire, champion our core values to our customers and the team • Deliver exceptional customer support and develop lasting relationships with our members, both virtually and in person • Keep our appointments running smoothly, pulling styles for members and helping them check in and out • Run personal styling appointments for members and prospects, including curating styles and providing fashion and style advice • Fulfill members’ stylist closet and case requests online based on member’s stated preferences, rental history, lifestyle, weather and any other relevant information • Curate virtual closets for the marketing team based on current trends and inventory • Contribute to various ad-hoc projects that support the overall growth and efficiency of the company. Requirements: • You must be able to work on-site at Armoire’s warehouse in SODO, Seattle 10am - 6pm, Tuesday - Saturday.
