About the Role: The Retail/Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of Tani’s Boutique, ensuring a seamless and inspiring customer experience. This role combines leadership in retail sales, team management, and operational excellence. Responsibilities: • Manage daily boutique operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and POS systems • Train and supervise retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service • Oversee merchandising and product displays for retail and artisan showcase areas • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals • Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth integration of boutique, childcare, and wellness services Qualifications: • 3+ years retail management experience (fashion or lifestyle preferred) • Strong leadership and communication skills • Experience with inventory and POS systems • Passion for women’s empowerment and community-driven business
