Ensure back of house is kept organized through management of a back of house dedicated stock team, using SOPsPartner with direct leadership for logistics, prioritizing workflow for both partiesphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store through process and programs. Support the team in store to ensure consistent deliverables.Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business, supporting training where requested or neededEnsure facility maintenance, presentation and organization.Support management in oversight and execution needs surrounding Supplies & Facilities.Understand current culture and areas for improvement, work with Store Leadership for constant improvementPartner with sales floor team to maintain general understanding of the front of house, knowing that each side of the business can only be successful if both work together seamlesslyWhat does a candidate need to demonstrate to perform this job successfully:Minimum of 1 years Retail Management Experience required o Luxury retail management experience preferred o Back of House or Operational roles preferredMotivated and willing to go above and beyond to service the clientExperience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalitiesAbility to set the standard…
